Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement and operator
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Poker Legends and its marketing website, operated by Ember Labs LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to agree, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable, and meet any age requirements imposed by your app store or local law.
2. Practice, not real-money gambling
Poker Legends is a poker training and entertainment service. No real-money wagering or cash prizes are offered. In-game chips, XP, achievements and other virtual progress have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and cannot be transferred or traded outside the service. Practice results and strategy suggestions do not guarantee winnings or success in any real-world game.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate others, share or sell accounts, or attempt to access another person’s account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Permitted use and fair play
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the service in accordance with these terms. Do not exploit bugs, cheat, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with servers, scrape private data, use unauthorized automation, infringe intellectual property, or use the service unlawfully. Do not submit abusive, deceptive or unlawful names, messages or feedback.
5. Training content and ownership
The app, artwork, characters, branding and training materials are owned by Ember Labs LLC or its licensors. Your permission to use the service does not transfer ownership. Strategy displays, bot behavior and educational explanations may include estimates and can contain errors. Use your own judgment when interpreting training content.
6. Beta availability and changes
The service may include beta features delivered through TestFlight. Features, rivals and training content may change; interruptions, bugs and data loss are possible. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may correct progress affected by errors or abuse. These terms do not promise a particular feature, availability level or permanent retention of virtual progress.
7. External services and purchases
Apple, Google, TestFlight, Discord and other linked services operate under their own terms. If paid features are offered, prices and applicable purchase terms will be shown before purchase; billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by the relevant store terms and applicable law. Virtual items do not become redeemable for cash by being purchased.
8. Privacy and account requests
Our Privacy Policy describes how account, gameplay and technical information is processed. Contact contact@emberlabs.poker for account or privacy requests. Uninstalling the app or revoking provider access does not automatically delete server records.
9. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for violations of these terms, security concerns or abuse. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us if you believe an account restriction was made in error.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content or fitness for a particular purpose. Ember Labs LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes and communicate material changes as appropriate. The date above identifies the current version. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to contact@emberlabs.poker. Mandatory protections under the law where you live continue to apply.
