Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Ember Labs LLC operates Poker Legends, a poker training app, and this marketing website. This policy describes information processed for these services. Contact us at contact@emberlabs.poker with privacy questions.
2. Account and sign-in information
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a provider identifier and, where provided, your email address and name. We use these details to create and authenticate your account. We do not receive your Apple or Google password. Account identifiers, profile details and sign-in credentials are stored to maintain your session and recognize your account across visits.
3. Training and gameplay information
We store gameplay actions, hand and match history, results, training statistics, rival progression, XP and achievements to run the game, show your progress and provide session reviews and replays. This information is associated with your account. The current app provides practice against bots; it does not offer real-money wagering.
4. Usage, diagnostics and website visits
Our services and hosting providers process connection information such as IP addresses, requests and technical logs to deliver and protect the service. When configured, the app uses PostHog for screen visits, app lifecycle and selected gameplay or interface events associated with an account identifier. App session replay is disabled. When configured, Sentry processes error reports and limited performance diagnostics, which may include an account identifier and app or device context. Our marketing site uses Vercel Analytics for public page visits; our pageview filter removes query strings and fragments and excludes sign-in callbacks and private routes.
5. Support and feedback
If you contact us, we process the contact details and messages you provide to respond and resolve issues. If you use the linked feedback board or Discord community, information you post may be visible to other participants. Those services have their own rules and privacy notices. Avoid posting sensitive information publicly.
6. How information is used and shared
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide training and history, improve reliability and product features, respond to requests and prevent abuse. Service providers process information to perform these functions, including Apple and Google for sign-in, Supabase for database services, Render for backend hosting, Vercel for the website, and PostHog and Sentry when enabled. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations.
7. Local storage and external services
The app stores session credentials using device storage and keeps local preferences and cached state. Signed-in website features may store session information in your browser. Your sign-in provider, TestFlight, external community services and linked websites process information under their own privacy policies.
8. Retention, security and international processing
Account and gameplay records are retained to provide your account, progress and history. Operational and diagnostic records may be retained by us and our providers for reliability, security and legal needs. Retention depends on the record and its purpose. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws may differ.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You can sign out of the app and manage access through your Apple or Google account. Revoking provider access or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete server records. Email contact@emberlabs.poker to request access, correction or deletion of your account information, or to ask about other rights available under your local law. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal obligations or resolving disputes.
10. Children and policy updates
Poker Legends is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
